Order Turnaround Time

Our order turnaround time depends on the type of product you purchase. Ready-made products will be dispatched within 3~5 business days, while our bespoke wallets require 5~8 business days to complete. If your order includes both bespoke and ready-made items, they will be shipped together once the entire order is ready. You will receive a shipping notification to inform you when your order has been dispatched.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer two shipping options for international orders:

  1. Standard Shipping: This option includes registered packages with signature confirmation. Delivery time typically ranges from 15 to 25 business days after shipping. Please note that the actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, busy holiday periods, natural disasters, and adverse weather conditions.
  2. Express Shipping: For those who need their order quickly, we provide a premium express shipping service that is fully trackable and comes with signature confirmation. This expedited service ensures delivery within 5-7 business days. The pricing for express shipping starts at $40 USD and is competitively priced.

Important Shipping Information

Please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors such as busy holiday periods, peak times of the year, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, wars, or natural disasters.

International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be imposed by their country. While some countries, such as the United States, do not charge import duties on orders under $2,000 USD, it is possible that a few other countries may have such charges.


Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries we receive, we are unable to accommodate changes to orders once they have been placed. Similarly, we do not accept order cancellations or issue refunds. We ask for your understanding as these actions can be costly and time-consuming for our small team. We encourage you to carefully consider your product choices before confirming your order. Returns Policy

We take great pride in crafting made-to-order handcrafted leather watch straps that are tailored to your specific requirements. Each strap undergoes a detailed and laborious process involving numerous steps and hours of meticulous manual labor.

To ensure you select the correct size, we recommend contacting us for assistance before placing your order. We provide guidance on determining your watch strap size, which will help you make an informed choice.

Please note that all our goods are made to order based on your specifications, making them unique to you. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, due to the customized nature of our products, potential delays in customs clearance, and the costs associated with international shipping, all sales are final.


We take great care to ensure that every item we send out is in perfect condition. We are committed to upholding our reputation for producing exceptional leather goods. If, for any reason, your item arrives damaged or there is a major issue on our part, we will address the situation promptly and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction. We stand by this guarantee.


We meticulously handcraft all our leather goods and subject each product to inspection by three individuals to ensure quality. With proper use and care, our products are designed to last a long time.

Our one-year warranty covers any Babu products that exhibit manufacturing or material defects under normal conditions of use. Examples of such defects include stitching failure, assembly defects, or material failure. Each case will be evaluated individually.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by the customer, accidental damage, water damage, alterations made by the customer or a third party, or general neglect through use. Depending on the specific circumstances and nature of the issue, we will either repair or replace the item accordingly.

While we take great care and conduct thorough quality control measures, we understand that occasional oversights or issues may arise during use.
